GILBERTO LIMA (1980 - 2004)

This place is a simple tribute dedicated to our lovely partner and former bassist GILBERTO LIMA!! You'll live forever in our hearts as a gret friend, brother and musician!

 

Gilberto Lima and Mauro Azevedo formed OUTSIDE together in 1997 after they played in a band called Eternal. OUTSIDE became INNER IMMENSITY in december 2003.  

 

The band change the name because there was another band with the same name. So, Gilberto e Gilvan Morais (drummer) had the idea of the new name: INNER IMMENSITY.

 

Gilberto played only one gig with the band as INNER IMMENSITY in january 24th, 2004. He was part of the arrangement of all EP tracks and co-wrote "Sea Of Blood", which later became video.

 

He recorded and wrote all the bass lines to the "Outside" EP (as a tribute to the older name) in 2004. It was the last thing he did in life...  Sooner or later we'll see you on the other side, brother!
